DCT offers three different Hawai'i State Accredited professional development workshops that address everything from student directed learning to critical thinking to common core for all grade levels and contents. DCT has succesfully ran all three for schools in Hawai'i, Singapore, and China, where we have increased pass rates from 12% to 70% and State Assessments by 40%.

BUSINESSES
DCT offers two different professional development workshops that address ares from alignment to competency acceleration to knowledge management for a wide variety of industries and topics. DCT has successfully ran both workshops in the Oil & Gas Industry for publicly traded companies addressing Large Capital Projects and received a outstanding average of 4.6 out of 5 on particpant feedback.

FAMILIES
DCT offers two different professional development workshops for families that focus on providing them with an approach that can augment any teaching approach and/or content, while also improving student scores, critical thinking, and communication. These services have been succesfully ran through 1-on-1 tutoring and our more effective Family workshop, where we have on averaged raised student grades by more than 2 letters.
